The challenge

Prior to Tribepad, Exclusive Hotels and Venues had no ATS. Identifying success within the recruitment process was hard. Sharing data and tracking
candidates across properties was a real challenge. Exclusive needed to consolidate the entire recruitment process, unifying all hotels and venues, to provide a clear process for the applicant and recruiter.

Since implementing Tribepad ATS in 2014, Exclusive Hotels and Venues have delivered efficiencies within their recruitment process, leading to shorter time to hire and lower cost per hire.

  • Managers had no way of tracking the number of vacancies available, applications received or candidates processed
