Coming soon – We are currently developing a purpose-built Artificial Intelligence chatbot designed to help improve your recruitment.

The primary aim of the chatbot is to improve your candidate experience. Allowing your candidates to start the application process and engage with your brand in a more relaxed, conversational way that is less intimidating.

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the chatbot is always there to help engage candidates when you can’t be and gives you another way to capture their data for your talent pools.

The chatbot is currently being built by our developers in Sheffield. This means it integrates seamlessly with our ATS and displays on your careers site. The chatbot won’t require significant setup time and is built to be simple and easy to use and maintain. Its mobile-first design is built with the same security best practices, policies and tools we use throughout our services.

Job boards chatbot feature

TribePad’s chatbot will be released with a focus on candidate experience, with incremental feature updates going forwards. We love listening to you, so the development of the chatbot will be based on client feedback and demands, adding features and functionality as required.
