The Challenge

Before TribePad, Sodexo struggled with their ATS due to the slow speed and ‘clunkiness’ of the software. The recruitment team became frustrated with the amount of work required to achieve even the simplest of tasks. Every time a job was posted it needed to be created from scratch, which wasted almost one FTE (full-time equivalent) per month. Furthermore, Sodexo knew that they had thousands of job seekers’ details in the database but no effective way of finding them. This resulted in Sodexo frequently paying job boards and agencies to attract talent that may have already been in their system.

It seemed that it wasn’t only recruiters who were struggling with the ATS.
