Sharing in-house recruitment expertise at IHR Bristol Conference 2019
We’re delighted to be sharing a platform with industry leaders at one of the key events of the in-house talent calendar, the Bristol In-house Recruitment Conference, which takes place on 4th April 2019.
About the session
Matt Ingram-Smith from our team will be co-presenting with Ursula Jayes, Head of Carer Recruitment at Helping Hands, one of the UK’s largest providers of home care. The session will focus on in-house recruitment in the care sector and will cover how Helping Hands have prepared to navigate the challenges Brexit has posed.
It will be particularly useful for gathering knowledge about settled status application and the implications of the government White Paper for low-skilled workers. We’ll discuss in depth with Ursula about what our experience leads us to believe is in store for the care sector in a post-Brexit UK and look at internal and external communications strategy.
Ursula’s presentation will be followed by a round table session that will explore practical ways of overcoming obstacles you face with your own in-house recruitment. We hope to see you there!
