Tribepad and The Church of England shortlisted for 2018 In-house Recruitment Network Awards
In partnership with The Church of England, we’re delighted to be announced as a finalist for the Recruitment Innovation category in the In-House Recruitment Network Awards.
The awards ceremony will be held in November at the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge. Congratulations to all of the other finalists, including our client Sodexo who were shortlisted for the category, Recruitment Advertising Campaign. We are looking forward to seeing you all on the night.
What are the In-House Recruitment Network Awards?
The In-house Recruitment Network, as the fastest growing community for in-house recruiters and HR professionals, looks each year to discover and recognise the achievements of teams and individuals in the industry. They believe that within this industry, many achievements go unnoticed and so is important that credit is given where it is due.
There are 24 award categories in total including candidate experience, career site, diversity and inclusion strategy, employee referral and employer brand.
Our work with The Church of England
The Church of England had, as a strategic priority, a large number of unfilled roles and no recruitment platform in place. Tribepad developed a highly customised, multi-branded Applicant Tracking System (ATS), aiding recruitment across more than 18,000 offices, parishes and dioceses for The Church.
Since implementing Tribepad in September 2017, the Church has processed over 13,000 applications using their ATS and have attracted candidates directly using their customised jobs board ‘Do Something You Believe In’, within the last 6 months. The Church has also seen an increased number of applications per role and increased diversity.
