Tribepad’s Flex platform has been recognised as The FCSA ‘Contractor Solution of the Year’ at the TIARA Talent Tech Stars.
Why was Flex recognised?
The TIARA judges praised Tribepad for their ‘innovative and bespoke solution – which enabled the BBC to more efficiently share its talent between projects and for its support of charities through COVID-19’.
Tribepad’s Contractor Management System – Flex, easily connects contractors and freelancers with roles and is readily adapted to suit different sectors including technology, healtcare, not-for-profit, legal, media and financial services. What really sets Flex apart is the adaptability of the platform and how bespoke the solution can be depending on the problem.
Working with VAS, Flex has been able to connect volunteers to charities in Sheffield, improving operational performance enormously after previously being used to an informal paper and spreadsheets process. Using Flex, VAS have been able to scale and speed up the process of mobilising volunteers from weeks to hours in some cases.
Flex is also used by the BBC as the BBC Talent Cloud. One complete database of talent is available to resource any project, whether that’s technical underwater camera operators or dancers.
Tribepad have also adapted the Flex platform to connect recruiters looking for roles with companies who are hiring by providing a talent pool specifically where recruiters can find recruiters- RecruiterHub.
